The IMGING Web experience is your hub for AI, analytics, reporting, management, and integrations on all IMGING inspections.
IMGING Web Features
- Job Creation and Pre-site Measurement Ordering – Admin users can see usage, assign jobs, review drone fleet fly time, and more.
- Reporting and Analysis – from reviewing roof damage detected by AI to annotating photos to building custom reporting templates, Web is your hub for post-inspection property analysis.
- Team Management, Data Centralization and Integrations – All jobs performed by in IMGING on any device are stored in IMGING web, making it a data centralization hub for your business. API setup is also managed here.
Job Creation and Team Management
Here you can setup and assign jobs to different users and add tasks.
Pre-Site Measurements Task
Create a New Job within IMGING:

Select New Job -> Fill in the Job Name/Claim Number, Type of Inspection, Select -> Add a Task

Select “Measurements” as the task you want to create

Similar to planning a drone flight, identify the structure’s perimeter by tapping on the numerous corners of the structure -> Select “Complete” when the perimeter box is closed. (the area inside the perimeter will be green)

Select what type of property it is you want measurements for; you then will be asked if you would like to add another Task*
· After selecting the property type, Loveland will begin processing your measurement request. If the measurements are unavailable for that area, we will notify you via email within a few minutes of submitting this request.

If you are performing a drone flight or onsite handheld mobile inspection, in conjunction with measurement order, please select “Yes” when you are prompted to add another task.

Creating Inspection Jobs
Using IMGING Web or IMGING iOS
You cannot create jobs on the IMGING Flight app, they must be created either on Web or from the iOS app.
1. Create a job.
2. Select from one of the supported tasks for IMGING Flight:
- Model Only
- Manual Scan
3. Assign the job to yourself or the pilot that will be flying the job.
Editing Flight or Task Details
Manual Flight
Edits to the RTH altitude and max altitude can be made from the pre-flight checks page for manual flight task types.
Automated Flight
- Edits to automated flight plan heights can be made by clicking the “View” button on under the “Flight Plan” section of the pre-flight checks page for automated task types.
- If you need to make an update to the perimeter of the building, you must do so either on IMGING Web or iOS applications.
Adding a Supplmental Flight to Existing Job
You can perform a Supplemental Flight on any completed drone task on a job, even on tasks where the automated portions are not yet supported.
- Navigate to any job that has a complete drone task.
- Click on the supplemental icon.
- Read the modal and click continue (you can check the box to not see the modal again – until the app is updated or re-installed).
- Review your safe height and launch the drone.
- When you are done capturing photos, land the drone and photos will automatically begin transferring.
Uploading Inspections Photos After Task
Once a task is complete:
You can transfer the individual task from the Job Details page, or you can wait and use the Action Required widget on the Incomplete or Complete pages.
Action Required Widget
- This appears on the Incomplete or Complete pages if you have any data that needs to be either transferred or uploaded.
- Clicking the “Transfer/Upload All” button will:
- If the drone is connected:
- Transfer all photos
- Then, upload all photos
- If the drone is connected:
- If a drone is not connected it will just upload all the photos that are in the app.
You can also transfer or upload individual task from this widget if you don’t want to have the app process them all at once.
Reporting and Analysis
This section deals with the heads-up display (HUD) and executing the inspection while the drone is flying.
Adding Logos and Customizing Reports
Personalizing your report with unique logos and supplementary pages is an effortless process.
Please proceed to the ‘Administration’ section.
Within the ‘Administration’ area, locate and select ‘Report Branding’ found in the lower-left-hand section. Here, you are invited to upload your company’s logo and select an appropriate color scheme to match your brand identity.
For the inclusion of extra pages that will be consistently integrated into every report post change, you should:
1. Access the ‘Administration’ tab.
2. Select ‘Report Branding’.
3. Click on ‘Inspection Report’ situated in the upper right-hand corner.
From there you can add your information such as company biographies, warranty information, ect..

AI Damage Detection Introduction
How to Review Damage Detection Photos
- Tap on “Photos” to access gallery of Detailed Check or Pilot Override Photos to review. Images that have Damage Detection available will have the
icon.
- Once the picture opens you can choose to look at Damage Detection by tapping on the
icon on the right. Move the confidence level down to show more irregularities to review.
- You can zoom in to the blue damage boxes and individually confirm, deny or reclassify. It shows you what type of damage was detected on the thumbnail in the gallery. Once you Confirm the damage, the blue box will turn green.
- Click the pencil to reclassify the damage type. Adjust the bounding box if needed by tapping on a dot and dragging. Choose the damage type and tap save.
- To select and confirm multiple thumbnail boxes at once, tap on “Select”. Click on each thumbnail you’d like to mass confirm or reclassify. Then Cancel to get out of the multi select function. (Pro Tip: zoom in to an area when you use Select feature, when you hit each thumbnail it, it’ll stay zoomed in and take you to that damage highlighted in yellow).
- You can add your own damage boxes by click twice on the photo and selecting the damage type and hit Save.
Auto-Confirm Damage Feature
To auto-confirm your detailed check and pilot override photos, follow these steps.
1: Find the job of interest under the completed jobs tab.
2: Scroll down to “Auto-Confirm Damage Detection”, click on it, and confirm your intention to auto run damage detection.
3: Download your report
Note: Auto-confirming will confirm damage at your pre-set confidence level. To change your pre-set confidence level. Please contact Loveland Innovation’s Customer Support Line at (385) 498 0800 Option 1.
